Message	it is normal to state the claim as a new item from the manufacturer or in this case Nissan. If the claims dept has an issue with the new price, they can always look into the pricing of used ones and present it to you. You have the benefit of the doubt so if I were you I would give them "new" pricing and hope they cut you out a check for those prices. Good luck and sorry to hear of your incident.
